What began as one vibrant Boyle Heights office has grown into a family of dental practices across Southern California—each shaped by the same care, imagination and personal welcome.
Two disciplines One extraordinary vision
Dr. Christine and Allen founded Super Kids Dental in Boyle Heights in 2014. Her years of experience caring for children’s smiles, combined with his MIT engineering education and career as a NASA aerospace engineer, created a uniquely powerful team. Their blend of clinical insight, analytical thinking and purposeful innovation has helped Super Kids Dental grow throughout Southern California—now serving children and families across five counties while keeping every visit thoughtfully centered on the child.

Meet Dr. Christine
Dr. Christine completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2009.
With years of experience caring for children and teenagers from diverse communities, Dr. Christine brings passion, dedication, and heart to her vision of creating exceptional dental experiences where young patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
In 2014, Dr. Christine brought her vision to life by founding Super Kids Dental in Boyle Heights. What began as one dental office has grown into a network of modern, state-of-the-art practices spanning multiple counties across Southern California. Through this growth, the mission has remained the same: to create welcoming spaces where kids can feel at ease, parents can feel confident, and every smile matters.
For Dr. Christine, great dentistry starts with great values. Honesty, integrity, kindness, and professionalism are at the heart of her approach. She believes in building genuine relationships with patients, families, and team members while fostering a positive, supportive environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and inspired to do their best.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Christine enjoys spending quality time with her family and dogs. She loves traveling, staying active, cooking, and exploring new experiences. Whether at work or in everyday life, she brings the same curiosity, positive energy, and passion for making a difference.

Meet Allen
Allen earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and his graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His research focused on the control of two-legged robots, including how to enable them to walk, and he has authored and co-authored several publications on the subject.
Allen founded Super Kids Dental in Boyle Heights in 2014, bringing together his background in engineering, technology, and business operations with a dedication to creating exceptional dental experiences for children and families. Since then, Super Kids Dental has expanded throughout Southern California, creating welcoming, thoughtfully designed dental offices focused on delivering quality care and a positive experience for every family.
Before bringing his expertise to dentistry, Allen spent more than a decade working as an aerospace engineer at NASA, contributing to several space projects. Today, he applies that same analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to Super Kids Dental. From developing custom software to analyzing business performance, his work helps support the teams behind the care and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Beyond engineering, Allen is an internationally award-winning professional photographer. He has developed a distinctive approach to studio lighting, capturing the strength, movement, and artistry of professional athletes and dancers.
Having lived in and traveled to many countries, Allen enjoys exploring different cultures and speaks four languages. Outside of work, his interests include photography, sports, traveling, and movies.
